Order an official transcript from the Academy of Healthcare Excellence.
Order an Official Transcript
Current and former Academy of Healthcare Excellence students may request an official transcript using the online transcript request form below. AHE will make every effort to process transcript requests within 10 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods, including the beginning and end of an academic term.
Transcript fees are separate from tuition and are due at the time of request. The fee applies to all students, including private-pay, employer-sponsored, loan-funded, grant-funded, and federally funded students.
About AHE Transcripts
Academy of Healthcare Excellence does not offer separate unofficial transcripts because AHE transcripts are stamped and signed by authorized AHE personnel. Current students who need a transcript copy should submit the online AHE Transcript Request Form.
Before You Submit
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all requests.
- Transcript fees are due at the time of request and are separate from tuition.
- Both authorization and acknowledgment checkboxes must be completed.
- Incomplete requests will not be processed.
